Excellent service. Diana, the girl who served us was very kind and very clear about what they would charge us on the card and finally offered us a higher category car at the same price. The agency is located at the exit of the Nicaraguan checks (very convenient) and there is the possibility of leaving the car in San Juan del Sur, where Cindy, who was also very kind, welcomed us. It was our first rental with Alamo and I would say totally satisfied.
Preparations must be made in advance. I processed with the company in San Jose, Costa Rica and when I arrived at the border and after doing the customs formalities I could find the local the National without problem. I was attended by a very friendly lady and the car was ready for the trip. Everything happened without problem and fast.
