    Už teď mě mrzí že jsem dceři doporučila jabloneckou pobočku ,takový přístup ke klientovi jsem ještě nezažila, neochota, asi jsme pána obtěžovali že jsme po něm něco chtěly .Na otázku jak se připojit k internetové bance ,nás odkázal na jejich stránky, víc nic.

    I like the bank, but the staff at the Jablonec branch is unpleasant, downright inhuman. First, they told us that in the event of an account being blocked, the account owner would need to come directly. When my dad, who is after a serious head injury, stopped there with great effort. He had all the documents ready as the account holder, so they sent him home without money (at least on the bus). That everything must be solved for him by the person who took over the power of attorney for him. This person was initially told that the account holder needed to come ... Zero human approach.

    I like the bank very much, I switched from Č.Sa I can not complain about anything, the new place is much better and more accessible, the staff nice and helpful and also appreciate the opening hours without lunch break, when I use this most often, for me the best bank, fees and plucking clients.
