Although it is a uglier bakery, primarily focused on suppliers than on a local store, however, they have a better bread than a side bakery Mašek. And the rolls were especially crispy :-)

Dear Sirs, I bought the so-called "Sunflower Bread" from your production and I have to say with regret that I have never seen the uglier matter in my life, please think about what you produce and put on sale.

Although this bakery cannot boast a super modern environment for customers and is probably not entirely an attraction for passing tourists, the adjective "traditional" is in this case much more justified than its competition a few meters further towards Smržovka. Even without significant promotion and a deep bow to trends, this bakery has its own character, quality pastries and regular customers. Also nice is that they try to sell pastries at normal prices. Personally, I regret the current social consensus that quality can and should be available only to those who are willing and able to pay about 20% for it. Everyone buys quality here and at normal prices, and I think that is very important. I like to go shopping here. 👍

You used to have excellent bread and I was your regular customer, but you have been going down with quality for some time. Too bad ... and after today, when there was some black, probably badly incorporated, disgust in your sliced bread, I stop buying your product.
