    Was okay, just a few walls left of a former smallish castle. It is a little hard to find, the entrance is on top of the railway bridge and one needs to cross the tracks.

    The ruins of Hamrštejn Castle are a perfectly hidden little gem in the woods not far from the Machnín hrad train station. It is only a few minutes away from the Liberec train station. The torso of the tower remains from the medieval castle, which can be climbed without much effort. A part of the perimeter masonry is then preserved on the opposite rocky promontory. Ideal as a destination for a trip or walk.

    It is a ruin and you can walk through it in a moment, only the way uphill is very flowing.

    Although small, but nice ruins. Unfortunately, we climbed from the bottom of the water and it was a mess.
