Gorenje has been "handling" it for 3 months, they don't even respond to my e-mails anymore.
I absolutely do not recommend. We were supposed to have the kitchen ready in December, after an agreement we left it for January. Wrongly made cabinets, recycled several times, each time they brought badly made ones. To this day - 14.4.2020 the kitchen is not ready. The bottom rails are still missing, the lights are not mounted, the corner cabinet is not finished, into which nothing can fit anyway, because the man who designed it stupidly designed it. No one answers when it will be completed. Just silence on the path. The best part is that the kitchen you have to pay 100% in advance. If not, I'll send them somewhere a long time ago. So if you want a kitchen, be sure to go somewhere else.
I came to the store and waited to be served, after five minutes I asked the servant to go to the toilet. Mrs. left me that the toilets are only for customers, that he has no time for me.
