Professional and helpful approach. Dr. Kubišová is very responsible and careful. I was extremely satisfied with the doctor's approach and work.
Based on an announcement on the website about admitting new patients, the brother registered in this dental practice in September 2020. He was "instructed" that he must request from his health insurance company a statement on dental care for the last 5 years and print and fill out a questionnaire. He received the date of the visit on 27 January 2021. The day before the set date, he checked by telephone whether the date was valid. He learned that his registration had been canceled, that they were not catching up (allegedly sent an SMS message, which he did not receive). So, in good faith, he had his dentist, he waited 4 months completely unnecessarily for the planned treatment. I personally have with MUDr. Kubiš with a similar experience regarding registration.
Today, 3 months after ordering (I'm not talking about providing a statement from the health insurance company, who required it), today the first visit with my son to find out that they won't actually accept us as patients, because I visited the surgery a few years ago. In the style of the new doctor: "I'm only an employee and the doctor doesn't want it" - so goodbye and a scarf
The fact that I had never had a dentist in my life, the young dentist willingly explained everything to me. Her assistant was also pleasant and nice. I recommend :)
