    I chose Not Responding as a sign of poor service. What comes closest to my experience. I was interested in the apartment offered by this real estate - I called a broker and asked a series of questions and asked for a tour. Due to the current measures, an inspection is not immediately possible, so I gave the broker my email (to answer the questions, if she knows the answer) and my number on the mobile so she can inform me as soon as possible to go for an inspection. I still don't have an email and no one called me because of the tour, but the apartment is no longer on offer. Whether it's because the apartment was sold (without inspection?) Or withdrawn from sale, I would expect at least a phone call. After all, realtors demand a lot of money for their services, so I don't think I'm extremely demanding when I expect the right services.

    Dear Ana Stasia and Mr. Fill Kac, As the owner of the apartment you mentioned, he has to object roughly to your interpretation of a situation that is not true. The broker informed me about your interest in the evening of 19.12., I would like to point out that you wanted to move on 29.12., So you dealt with the situation at the last minute, regardless of the Christmas holidays. I asked for your information so my lawyer can check it - which is normal. Information about the status of executions imposed on your partner, which proved to be false. Given that you have several active distraints you lied about and the whole event was to run very hastily, I decided not to continue negotiations with you. You have never been promised an apartment, nor have we been agreed to hand over the apartment. Your entire contribution is based on a lie, including a timeline. Also with respect to your further negotiations, I am very glad that I did not rent your apartment. On the other hand, I am very satisfied with the work of a real estate agent because he did not provide my phone even after your insistence and saved me communication with you during the Christmas holidays. I can only recommend a real estate agency!
