    They returned the bike in worse condition than I had entrusted to them. Basically immovable. Handlebars absolutely relaxed, dangerous. Untightened cranks, untightened pedals, the front hub seated so obliquely, on the one hand only a few turns, and untightened that after 40 km, despite tightening, the front wheel essentially fell. They replaced the chain at single speed, but fastened it on the rear wheel so offset from the center that the chain falls every few meters after a slight loosening that it should last. It takes weeks to get your bike in order after the Vykoukal intervention. And this is not an isolated case, similarly, there are two more rounds that they "repaired" for Vykoukal in one month.
