Maybe it is common in CZ but there was one super unfriendly guy on the desk here. If he is the customer facing person, they need to improve. Also, the informal quote I received for accident repairs was complete bull.
Bought a used, but nearly new car from them for 519,000 CZK. Delivered with a serious fault. They refuse to repair it.

Minuly rok jsem ve zdejším bazaru zakoupil vůz, toho času jsem zaplatil za bourane auto ze zahraničí jako za perfektní kus se servisni historii. Očekával jsem profesionální přístup od značky Cechak, proto mě překvapilo, že už po cestě domu se na autě projevily 3 závady, které bazar odmítl řešit, během uplynulého roku nebyl vůz ničím jiným než zmarem a utrpením. Nemůžu se dočkat až dolepim mouchy a zbavim se ho . Co se servisu tyče, mám zkusenosti vesmes pozitivní, pouze ty ceny…rýžuje se jako všude.

(Regular price in DE + approx. 20 thousand CZK) - The described state in the advertisement sat with reality. - The content of the advertisement was also a complete VIN, so it was easy to have the car checked online. - On Sunday evening, I had the vehicle inspected and then (the same day) wrote it down on an advertisement with additional questions. On Monday morning, the dealer (Petr Zapletal) called me and answered all the additional questions about the condition of the vehicle, including the necessary initial investments. - The dealers' dealings were fair and pleasant. The seller himself pointed out that the air conditioner was not heating well and suggested that he refill it in their service at his own expense. The mechanic found a leak, so it was suggested that we replace the defective seal, only that it will take about 1.5 hours because the seals are not in stock. - The result was not only a replenishment, but also a resealing in the original (advertised) purchase price. In conclusion ... I will see how our court mechanic "praises" me, who will change the oil, filters and wiring with a water pump. If I don't add anything, he hasn't come up with anything else. :-D Ps: Our court was really satisfied and we received praise. ;-)
