Good selection of goods, but staff are are unhelpful and rude. I had to interrupt their conversation to get assistance. Customers seem to be an inconvenience. They looked at me like I was an idiot when I asked for their recommendations.
The best, but not the cheapest bike shop in olomouc
Unfortunately, I don't like to write negative reviews, but I don't enjoy every ride on my 10 month old bike. Since the warranty inspection, where I drew attention to strange noises, I have actually visited this service 4 times already, when after each "repair" I expected it to settle on its own. I drove a few tens of kilometers and did not sit down. The guys were willing, they said they caught up with everything, but the creaking doesn't stop, they just change the volume. I already feel embarrassed to go there and mainly it costs me a lot of time and problems because I need a bike. Unfortunately, I have to find another service, which I'm sorry, because I have three bikes from the store, and they are fine after one of them complains.
I was buying a child seat for an old bike. They solved the problem with a new type of holder by free exchange for an older type.
