Tragicomedy. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the doctor told me at 9:45 p.m. And then they say they go home and only one person will take the most acute and bleeding cases. Nobody cares that I crawled to the hospital, my tooth ached until my head was spinning and before I found it it was half past eight ... then you wait an hour and a half and then they send you somewhere. And tomorrow we will repeat this tragicomedy for great success .... I pay health insurance for this ??? Are you kidding me?!?

I evaluate dental emergency. Because 1. it's at the dental clinic, 2. there are two dentists at once and 3. it's open (almost) still, it's the only place far and wide where they can solve the problem quickly, efficiently and with quality. tooth that belongs to LPS. If, in fact, you go to the dental emergency in the district towns in the morning, it may well be that the dentist will not arrive, or that it will be so crowded that you will either not get in at all, or you will wait four or five with a sore mouth, hours. This is not so much the fault of the emergency room, it is because people who would not have to be there go to the dental emergency room (they do not have dentists, foreigners, guest workers, etc.). Here, it looks like a dental practice in a developing country (or under Husak and Honecker), that's true, but emergency care is perfect. I was there twice, extirpating my pulp for the first time (since Depulpin had been there for a long time and it hurt, like hell) and clearing the canals, removing the cracked definitive filling a second time and replacing it with a temporary one. I would like to have both done there again, if necessary, in both cases the dentist is an "old" practitioner, one knows which hands he is in.

Never again .. The two-year-old son liked to go to the dentist, but after the experience of this clinic or whatever it is, he sees a chair and has a panic attack .. No one asked us if medics could learn on it, and yet the medic did it. twice as long and they did tearing and drilling was alive and we were not offered or given, for example, the tomato gas for which we went there .. How then should the child go to the dentist after this experience ?? His mouth was bitten by the iron finger that was forcibly held there by a little biting and blood everywhere, and the approach was just completely nothing .. I waited when it was Olomouc that it would be on a completely different level .. Well, I certainly know no one here. he will never see .. We were now for treatment elsewhere and everyone just shakes their heads how they could treat a small child like this and that they treated him badly for everything else .. Now we have to teach the little one not to be afraid of another dentist but I don't know how to he remembers the bad experience ... it will be a long run ..

Absolutely horrible, our two-year-old son and I visited the children's dental department, the procedure itself was completely out of reality, the nurse pierced the little girl's raw finger raw in the lips so he had them bitten and the worst came with drilling stools without any anesthesia and subsequent tearing of the front teeth they were 2x pricked through the inflammation so he felt everything. We asked for tomato gas, which is said to be inaccessible. The whole procedure was performed by a doctor and a medic without our consent. You can study on an adult patient, not a two-year-old child! Especially the approach, just horror. Now the little one is afraid of doctors and I'm not even surprised, after 14 days we had to visit another dentist to fix everything and put together what they smelled here. So in conclusion, if you like your child, definitely not here, we returned to the communist era after our arrival, and the intervention only strengthened us.

A very good impression was made by my son's visit to the outpatient clinic with acute adjustment of braces. He even praised the medical staff more than the permanent orthodontist.
