I duly apologized to the customer and offered him an alternative date which he refused, moreover it was not a malfunction but only a routine inspection of the boiler. I duly explained this to the customer that I was on an emergency exit from which it was not possible to leave.

The most lying artisan in Semily. 14 days ago we ordered it for boiler service and repair. The day before the service, we prefer to send him an SMS. He does not mind that he promised us a deadline and we are waiting for him for 14 days. Unreliable artisan - do not take.
