Dnes se narazil na obsluhu, která mi dala dílně najevo, že sem blb. Poprosil sem o 4 x 150 ks vrutů a mylně jsem řekl velikost 4,5. Když to pan sypal na váhu,došlo mi, ze sem se spletl a potřebuji 4 velikost a začal jsem slovy “ moc se omlouvám ale mohl by jste prosím” .. Zamlaskal a dal mi pohled s vzdycháním, jaký jsem vůl. Opět sem se omluvil ale bez reakce. Bylo to jen za 450 Kč, ale příště zajdu radši k V&V, i když jsou pro mě nevýhodně v centru. Se mnou by se v zaměstnání za takovýto přístup k zákazníkovi rozloučili. Tento pán u kasy by měl jít do Kauflandu v noci vykládat banány do regálu když neumí pracovat se zákazníky. Snad si to obsluha přečte, každý má blby den ale v tomhle případě je to moc

Then another cash register opened with a gentleman who shouted at me from 3:50 p.m., "We'll be closing ... so fast ..." several times. At 15:59 I "put" a basket on his counter and still had some stories and that he would like to see in which other store I could afford this, that they would kick me out right away. So I tell him, "Then fire me!" And I was about to leave. And he said what I didn't care about. That he has been there for 9 hours and that he wants to go home, that he has a five-hour journey ahead of him (according to an interview with colleagues, he went "somewhere" to Moravia). . . I just told him that my working hours start at 6 o'clock in the morning and end at around 10 pm. Dear Killich, thank you for the material I have bought from you in the last two years. But I am glad that there are other shops in Liberec, such as "birds", where we do not have to copy the numbers of goods, etc ....
