    I tried to take a photo of the shoe to send it to my father, if he like it or not. But lady came to me and said that it’s prohibited to take a photo. I explained the situation, but anyway didn’t get a chance to do it. So left the store without purchase, not client orientated store.

    If you come with good intentions to buy shoes for a friend's birthday and he just wants to return the same day and they tell you that it is not possible? So if you choose other shoes and a hole is made in them in a week and you go to complain about them and they take them for a month and do not exchange them for you immediately? After a month, you will come for the claimed shoes and they will not give them to you without the document you received from them, even if you told them all the data? This company does not follow the basic business rules (my customer is my master).
