The flowers and the shop are absolutely beautiful! I have looked at it and admired it since first moment I saw it. However the customer service from one lady in particular (which looked like the owner) is terrible and unfortunately despite everything in the store looking perfect she just ruins the whole thing... There were two lovely girls working there which were very nice and helpful which is the only reason why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. The other lady however really needs an attitude check and needs to learn how to behave around customers... Her unprofessional, "grumpy" behavior totally ruins the mood and is an absolute disappointment.
Ah, magnificent. A florist to travel for
This is a nice place with some very unique arrangements. We didn't buy anything but just wandered in and out!
Super kytky dělají, děkuji moc za kytku pro slečnu Beu. :)
I visited the florist in a positive mood with a wish to buy a couple of beautiful flowers in a vase for fun. There was almost no choice in the flower shop, as I came after Mother's Day - Chap. So I chose two roses and a little green. In the end, I was announced the price of 300, - which I paid a little quickly by card. However, I soon realized that 300, - for two roses is really a bit overdone. I came back asking what I had paid so much for. It is said that I chose the most expensive rose for 130 pieces, the second for about 70 pieces. After objecting to the fact that they are a bit of a cosmic amount, the owner gave me a lecture, that she buys flowers from quality, local and sustainable sources and that it is the same as when I go for a meal to Mc'donald or pay extra for better restaurant. After a long discussion, she offered me a coupon in the amount of the purchase, refusing to return the money due to paying by card. However, I wanted to have flowers on the table that day, so I decided to leave it flat and take instructions for coming. But the most interesting thing was waiting for me! Two days after buying the flowers, which were in a vase in the water, my 'quality' rose for 130, - from sustainable sources, began to rot and look like the picture. What really shocked me. I wouldn't mind the overall situation and the lesson I received, if it was based on some real basis. Flowers from sustainable sources was a problem to keep alive. In this case, I got Mc'donalds with a 300% surcharge. According to your last review, I see that unfortunately I'm not the only one with a similar experience. You would really like to think about the service you provide to your customers. Edit: After your reaction, I have to answer that I should have refused your voucher. This review mainly reflects the quality of your flowers, which is alarming and yet you have no problem appreciating this product in the style of a surcharge for an 'exclusive flower'. With or without a voucher, according to the quality of your product demonstrated below, I would possibly solve the same problem. I am very well aware that sustainable resources do not last long, but do not be angry, 2 days is really a short expiration time for roses for 130, - Here is something very wrong.
