Thanks to them and other Moldovan brands, I started to buy certain Moldovan brands. The price is not always low, but you know you get quality for many years. If we say quality - they are 5 stars, but I put the lower grade for service. I wanted to buy a gift for my loved one for the holidays, but I couldn't. On the networks I saw that the products are still on sale, I immediately buy them in the morning. I ordered online from the site, I waited a few hours for someone to call to make sure my order was received. No one came back with a call, I called back, and they didn't answer me the first time. He finally answered my phone and I promised an answer that I do not receive the order from the site. Ok, if you do not receive the order, then note on the first page somewhere that until a certain date you do not receive orders from the site. Okay, I started looking through the stores. I arrived at the store, there I couldn't even talk normally with a consultant. He looked at people in fright and only nodded in answer. Others who were more talkative were surrounded by people with many questions. So I left the store without buying what I wanted, I went to another store, where he talked to you, not only nodded. I understand it's a pandemic and like a lot of holidays, but pay a little attention to people as well. One could ask what the man was looking for in the store and how he could be helped. I understand when there is a man in a store and he can't break in all directions, but when there are more than 5 people and they sit and watch how you enter and leave the store, that's another matter. Please pay attention to the quality of service, I am sure that not only I suffered something like this.
