My air conditioning installed by Cool Concept and serviced annually, broke down (major water leak). During a phone call the after-sales service was not able to give me an appointment for the repair. In a response email from the director of Cool Concept I learned, "We are currently overwhelmed with all the troubleshooting. Our service will contact you as soon as possible ”. Following several phone and email reminders, I received a new email from the Chief Executive Officer of Cool Concept. ("......... we are currently at more than 150 repairs to be carried out and we follow our internal process by prioritizing the customers including hospitals or restaurateurs who risk a loss of merchandise when cold rooms do not work. not. In your case, this is all about comfort but we will intervene as soon as possible and we apologize for the delay "). The director of Cool Concept therefore reproaches me that I have a so-called comfort installation. I found this remark to be outrageous. What is even more scandalous is the fact that 6 (six) weeks after my first repair request a technician from Cool Concept finally contacted me to let me know that he could come by during the day. Are there other people who have had a similar experience with this after-sales service?
