    Normal Viazul bus station in Cuba. Make reservations in good time to be sure to get a ticket. Expect tips for handling luggage. Reservations must be changed to tickets before travel. Be there at least 1/2 hour before departure.

    Functions well enough for a Cuban bus station. Best to go in and book the ticket in advance, in person.

    Unfriendliest staff ever. If i could rate 0 i would. They work with such an arrogance without realizing that the tourist are here to support their country. Also they didnt want to release my luggage from the storage if I wouldnt pay 1cuc even i paid 25 for the busticket already. Such a shame!!!

    Of course by the time most travelers know the ropes.....speak some Spanish....understand many merchants will want your patronage......know most are honest good folk trying to earn an income - so please be polite and have a plan , eg. , first either have a casa arranged or tell whomever you need one......then look for transportation to it (horse/bicycle cart or taxi/car)......the area around the bus station may be shockingly ancient to some......beautifully quaint and functional to others (me!)- Be Prepared , and you will have fun , and will learn about the people and area and history.

    Be prepared to be harassed from Taxis, people selling cigars, people with case particular etc. be careful, in Cuba they like to rip off tourists overcharging them, keep in mind that there is two currencies. CUC and CUP/moneta national. Ps: viazul bus are often disgusting and filfthy.
