Cream soup was amazing. Coffee very flavouring. Nice quiet place. Also very good for lunch. Service is nice here. Attentive and amiable personnel.
The service was terrible, the food also looked bad and was not as described. The cheese cake was more of a cake with cheese in the dough, the apple strudel was also a cake with apples in it and all hidden away with outdated plating and tons of powdered sugar. We were the only costumers sitting at a table (a table of 5) and our waitress managed to not speak Romanian/Moldavian (the official language) and get our order wrong and not out at the same time. After trying to explain to us what a chocolate fountain cake is, she realized they are out of the said chocolate contraption. I tried to be compassionate. Looking back, the people working there did not take their jobs in "the welcoming industry" seriously (Servers and possibly kitchen. The bartender had some friends at the bar and were too busy hanging out with the waitress as well). The place was very nicely decorated, but a bit dusty. The toilets could be better. Considering this is a coffee shop with a prime location, right next to the Parliament and presidential building (!!!) it is very very disappointing. They only thing they kept is the high prices.
A great little place. Breakfasts are especially wonderful, would recommend the porridge and crêpes. Nice staff. Also there's WiFi with adequate speed.
Hookah was very good
Very cosy atmosphere and nice coffee / tea.
