    Bad customer service when it comes to the problem solving. Got audio system, then had some problems with delivering this product to the destination, so I decided to return the item. On the phone customer service person (as it says in their policy) said - there is no problem if you want to return the item in 14 days. I requested return in 6 days but they was trying to find reasons to not take it back, they were wasting my time. In the end I decided to just cancel return process to save my time! But They left me very unhappy. Regret about going to this place.
