    How can you make an appointment with a doctor if you never pick up a phone? There is no such lawlessness in any clinic !!!!!!! We need a vaccination for school, I can't get through for a month to make an appointment with a doctor and specialists! Terrible!!! There are many options to establish communication if everyone is indignant about this issue: put in an additional phone, put an additional employee ... but you do nothing! We hang on the phone for an hour, the connection is automatically interrupted in an hour and all over again !!!! Worst clinic! We will come for the documents and transfer to normal. I attach the photo with time - 59 minutes 38 seconds and the connection was interrupted

    I went against payment twice and both experiences were bad. A "kolkhoz" hanging. At the reception I give one information, you get there you receive another. The first question they asked: "Yes, on what occasion did you come ???". I didn't even manage to explain what and how, because I received a refusal: "I can't take you today, because I'm busy. I don't know who you talked to, what are your pretensions?" He came back and left. I came out totally indignant, like 1 year ago ... I didn't even manage to say that I am against payment and I don't think it took too long ... Although I called in advance to confirm the time.

    I called 2 days in a row and no one answered me, I went to them and waited an hour with the child at the reception for someone to come and receive information, very messy and careless

    Imposibil sa faci o programare telefonică, stai pe fir 10 minute in continuu și nu răspunde nimeni fiind prima pe linie, și așa întreaga zi. Îți ia o saptamina ca sa faci o programare la medic👎👎👎
