So the management has not yet bothered to restore it. Medieval some. Refueling without paging, not refilling ... add the most important thing. At the gas refueling, the refueling nozzle is not tight, it poisons the gas during refueling. That is, when you are charged with gas, the meter counts, but some part of the gas does not go to your cylinder, but to the atmosphere. And you pay what counted the counter. And of course you will not pass the distance you are counting on. In addition, this is a serious safety violation and is simply life threatening.
