    On holiday and the brakes had to be replaced. Called on the way, they actually didn't have time but were still willing to help. The second day they had replaced the brake discs, brake pads and brake fluid so that we could still have a holiday! Thank you so much for your service and willingness. Thank you!

    -1 STAR !!!! Absolutely zero stars, after 1.5 hours the car was still standing in the parking lot untouched and nobody looked at it. When we asked for a rental vehicle we got nervous and put us off for another 10 minutes, nothing happened after that either! If you break down here on vacation, just don't go there, then you won't come home! It's sad that VW is doing such a bad job and providing such bad service!
