    I recently purchased a condominium in Placencia and had the pleasure of having Kimberley Viner as my Realtor. Being from the US and purchasing my first vacation condo outside the US, I had many questions, reservations and concerns. Kim was outstanding throughout the process, including her helpfulness, responsive and personal interest and attention. Kim raised the bar for realtors.     I had an exceptional experience with BMA. I flew from USA down to Belize on short notice for 3 days to look at potential properties to purchase. Kim put together her inventory of properties to see which resulted in me placing an offer on a property before I returned home. Unfortunately, the owner of the property withdrew his offer. I was disappointed and back to the search only this time from the USA. Within less than a day, Kim presented me with an alternative property that I actually liked better than the first one which I ultimately purchased. She kept in constant communication with me and was always available to answer my questions. Kim facilitated the smooth set up a Belizean Corporation and the Land Transfer utilizing JC Consulting for whom she was my liason. After acquisition of the property, she provided me several companies to choose from to clear my 2 Lots. Dorita then carried the ball with coordinating Don Julio Yard Work to complete the job to my satisfaction. Thank you BMA! Dr. Work
