    Worst bank ever!

    Worst experience with a bank. For a simple credit card issued about 3 months ago I made 4 requests for transmission to another agency (from Bucharest) that were not resolved. When I managed to reach the Unirii Square by accident, I was sent from consultant to consultant, they did not find my file, etc. After 1 hour of waiting I got card possession. I regretted choosing to work with this bank even though I have a salary and credit card at them (maybe this is a problem only at this agency). I get the impression that they are not interested in the clients and they are not professional.

    The employees who deal with the consulting with the clients natural persons are rude and even insensitive. They do not answer when asked a simple question, they have a bored and unhelpful attitude, and it takes them an hour to solve a simple thing, for example to print an account statement. I give the impression of incompetence and rudeness, which is unacceptable to a customer service. The headquarters is full of rogue beetles and the headquarters should be closed completely until the problem is resolved.
