    A beating game. I signed the contract with the so-called representatives at the Polytechnic University, at the signing saying that the card will be brought to the University after issuance. A month has passed since the date of issue and I have not. They came twice to the Polytechnic without him and now when I call them they either don't answer or tell me that it is and that it is done. Absolutely an unimaginable sensation and beating the game completely. I do not recommend to anyone, at least this branch.

    I do not recommend. I asked to close an account 6 months ago. When I noticed that the account was not closed yet, I called / emailed the last two weeks without any effect. After I got to the bank for the third hour they told me that it is in the closing course but it is not closed yet.
