I support the comments given by Roxana and Sorana! A disappointing experience, full cabinet always, you could never schedule when you needed to. For software -> at least 2 weeks, if you had an emergency: "Well, go to the emergency room, not to me", if you needed a doctor "Well, first go to Doctor X, who will give you a recommendation doctor to me and after you come here ". Overall I felt very badly treated, I do not recommend anyone's experience. I notice that Mrs. Doctor is very fond of the comments and reviews from here, since she suffered what Sorana suffered. It's my first comment on google, I'm not used to posting, but the experience was typically Romanian: an indescribable feeling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I do not recommend! The cabinet is exceeded by the number of patients, you have to wait with the hours each time you have a problem. For software with a little luck you find a vacant place over 1 week, maybe even 2, and the lack of respect towards the patients is under any criticism. If you have a real problem and need a medical leave, you are required to go to other doctors first to provide clear evidence that you need that leave, you will get sicker until you can get help from your doctor. family. It is not normal to be treated with so much lack of interest and respect!

A disappointing, typically Romanian experience (repeatedly). I asked to attend the appointment by appointment (not to wait a few hours), I was told that no appointments were made, just to come to the office during the program hours. This is what I have done. I have come to expect, of course, a few hours just to complete a sheet. This is often because the registration is done in several stages - half a month has passed. If, unfortunately, you have a medical problem during that period, you have enough time to die until the enrollment is over. Then, after another 2 weeks, I asked for a medical certificate for work and I was told I had to come back without a programming appointment for a check-up and complete the enrollment - otherwise I can not issue any documents. I got the certificate from a private clinic, who was willing to help me with this service, it lasted for 1 hour altogether. The medical file sent by mail was "not downloadable" and "did not go click on it" despite the fact that I received the email download confirmation from the website I made the data transfer. I have been asked to print them to work and come with them already on paper, probably not having to deal with them or not to consume paper at the printer. When I had my first medical problem and stayed at home, I wanted to go to the cabinet during their work schedule (13-19) for consultation, treatment, completing enrollment in the database and for sick leave. This time it was ok no programming. After the testimony is OK, instead of the sick you have to get sick on the program. The nurse actually said to me that "the doctor leaves at 15:00 because she has a little girl and she has no time to consult." When I asked for clarifications, he responded by shouting to me to talk to the doctor - apparently I was bothering to call my family doctor sick, I do not know how I allowed such annoyance when they have Christmas celebrations, adorned other more important things to do. What a dick on me! I was told to go to urgency, although it was not a case of urgency or otherwise "I will schedule over 3 days", said from the belly on the spot, without consulting with a real interest program and finding a solution. LATER EDIT: I recently needed a consultation again and, unbelievably, but I could take this one step in ridicule. After I said the name, I was told to come to the cabinet among the appointments. I was received, consulted and helped with the necessary ones, that at the end both doctors (I was surprised that it took two for a consultation, prepared with an attempt to intimidate, apparently) to reproach me sting that " they explained better with the program "because I had the boldness to siphon them by telling my experience on the Google Review (it turned out to me, it seems) and to" suggest "me to leave the cabinet moving elsewhere if I do not agree their rules. Very noble from a doctor to embarrass a sick and vulnerable person, of course. Calling a phone could not immediately after they noticed it, probably cost the minutes. There was no excuse for what happened, of course. Moreover, I was told in an aggressive passionate tone that I did not leave until now if I'm still so unhappy. I mentioned that you can not change the family doctor until 6 months after signing up. He had not even bothered to check. And yes, they confirmed they want the medical file on the paper and not online because they "cost their paper and printer and no one gives them money back on them." :) The sad part is that these cabinets are paid out of our patients' money, however the services are at the level they are. And, skipping the puppy, if you say what does not work you're "kicked out" from the cabinet. Wow. I do not recommend for obvious reasons.
