    Non-punctual and non-serious. I had a problem with a cold water faucet in the kitchen, I called them and they told me I would be there in 25 minutes. They came in an hour and a half. They changed 2 faucets, even if only one was needed. They left without checking their work leaving the faucet in the sink malfunctioning. I called shortly, they answered me in an aggressive tone, reproaching me that I am not able to fix it by myself. I told them that for a work of 250 lei, I would have to have water at the tap. They returned soon after and more dissatisfied than they left. They solved it with a key, which would have been impossible for me to do. Strongly dissatisfied with their services. Even if the problem has been resolved, such behavior from some service providers is unacceptable.

    They were summoned by me one evening and they responded promptly or asked and they did the clean job as it was a column breakdown through the apartment I am very pleased with their services I recommend them
