Early in the morning I found a wild bird that fell at my window. I have to mention that my flat is on the 6th floor. Regardless of the early hour I instantly called the doctor that has been successfully taking care of all my pets I had along the years and had never failed doing his job. He was the one that told me to call Visul Luanei, because he knows pets, not wild animals or birds... I called. A nice lady answered. After telling her " the deal" she said they only took care of cats and gave me a number to call for wild animals and birds and, in the same time she adviced me to "insist" if nobody answered... I called several times the number she gave me - I even called now to check if somebody answers- ( 0748395...) but, unfortunately, NOBODY answered that morning, you can only imagine my stress and frustration... I had no idea how to help the poor creature that fell and flew( more jumping than flying) from my balcony to my other windows... Not being able to help the crying bird turned my day into a depressed one, so two stars are more than enough for Visul Luanei in my case. I'll even post a photo I shot of the bird that fell and cried at my windows....
