EVITATI EUROINS!!! The worst insurance agent I ever met. Avoid insurances at this agent!!! I had an accident one year ago (!) with a driver insured at Euroins in Bulgaria. The driver accepted he was in wrong, and at the Police we filled the necessary paperwork. You will say this is the simplest case to recover my money from Euroins Romania. Big mistake!!! Euroins used all the tricks in the manual to delay the payment for one year now (and God knows from now on). After one year I decided that I waited more than the common sense allowed. First (after one year) they said my Claim for money was not registered!?! I resent another copy. Since one month I am calling and going to their centers. I've even been sent by an operator to a center from where Euroins moved one month ago!!! All my calls and visits to Euroins brought absolutely no progress. Useless. I was not even passed to a manager even I was asking for. The operators are telling the same learned spech "we'll a note to urgent the resolution". Probably the politics of the company is to discourage the customers to ask to be reimbursed. Avoid by all means Euroins insurance agent! They will take your money but when you will have to be reimbursed they will make your life a living Hell until, eventually, you will renounce. If you'll make a third part liability insurance with Euroins, the people who will have accidents with you will probably suffer more than the damages, but the bad attitude of Euroins in relation with their legal obligation. Euroins insurances are to cheap to be good. According to the big number of complaints (according to the media in Romania there are thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of complaints referring Euroins not paying its debts in the name of its customers) Euroins should be put out of business by the state of Romania in order to protect its citizens from this very elaborated scam. So consider yourself adviced. AVOID EUROINS! Considerati-va avertizati. EVITATI EUROINS CU ORICE PRET!!! Sper ca statul roman sa-si protejeze cetatenii si sa ia masurile necesare de trecere in faliment acestui operator neserios care nu isi plateste datoriile catre pagubiti si le face, dupa ce ca au suferit un accident, recuperarea banilor un cosmar.

Worst customer relationship ever, and they managed to break my cars roof with the barrier

It takes a long long time to wait and get your vehicle inspected, and afterwards they came to me with some BS about their systems not functioning, said I should receive my papers over email the next day. Needless to say, 1 month has passed and I received NOTHING despite chasing them every couple of days... overall bad experience, bad enough when your vehicle is lightly scratched, but how about totalled vehicles? Do they expect people to just not use their vehicle until they decide to send over the paperwork? Tread carefully when dealing with them, say you will not leave until you receive the certificate you need to get your vehicle fixed, otherwise you're in for some nasty nonsense.
