    Small display room of renowned furniture brand, only very limited selection of products on display, opening times not available, facility opens only by agreement over the phone with sales representative, but once you get there staff is very helpful and knowledgeable

    Very long delays, when asking questions do not answer messages and phone calls. Emails come late and you are notified a week with a number (week x of the year) not exactly the date and month of delivery. No excuse or explanation for the delays of several months, almost a year, plus it forces you to pay an advance, after which there is no guarantee that we will really receive the goods. Upon receipt, we are obliged to pay cash and we are not clearly told how much is the outstanding payment, which must be withdrawn in n rows from the bank. No excuses, bad talk and over the phone and no money back.
