    Respect for clients leaves much to be desired. I had to wait with my mother, a woman over 70 years old, from 9am to 1pm for an empowerment that would normally last 10 minutes. Mister. Notary did not wish to be present at the office according to the program on the door. Employees announce that you have to wait for "Mr. Notary ... maybe in half an hour or maybe at 11 so we don't know (it was 9 in the morning when I heard this)". Of course, when he arrived, he prioritized other activities and not the people who were waiting for him for good hours. With such services we better go to the notary over the road or to Braila. Every business must start from the respect for customers and efficient internal organization, here both are completely missing. I do not recommend anyone to go through this experience. We have other options, and I regretted not choosing them then.
