    Terrible! I asked for a toothpaste for children under 3 years of age without fluoride, and one was sold for children over 6 years of age with fluoride. At home I read the prospectus and found it does not fit the needs. I went back to return it and eventually took something else but with fuss It was replied that she could not possibly have sold the product and that she could not change. I did not have time to complain to consumer protection, but soon I will take care of it. It was obligatory for a pharmacist to warn that what he is selling is not what he was asked for. I wonder what else this so-called pharmacist sells ?! She probably is not used to people reading the prospectus!
