Really good store! Me and my boyfriend bought 2 computers + laptop from here and everything was amazing. Headsets, monitors, they do have it all. Amazing at costumer service, they were able to get back a paper i needed to get my computer fixed. They help you as much as they can. As i said, amazing. Really good people. I recommend online shopping for now, since pandemic.
Bad at making custom computers, bad / slow at fixing problems caused by their failures. After their repair service I couldn't turn on the computer - they simply forgot a cable and the CPU was dirty (thermal paste). Long delivery times. Long waiting times in front of the store. From the day I ordered the computer parts (with their advice) until I had a working computer it took 1 month. I visited the store about 4 times and wasted 2, 1, and at least another 1 hour waiting for their "service". Better order directly from the online store! Waiting 2 weeks or more for stuff to be delivered to the shop because they didn't have the product. Meanwhile i ordered the part online and it will arrive within 2 days. I spent more than 3000€ within 1 month in the shop and they keep fooling me. The only good thing about PCDiga: Diverse offer of computer parts online, many quite cheap.
Pretty fast reception, no real complaints. Sometimes the line can get pretty large but that's no fault of the store.
During Covid times : Only a set number of customers allowed inside. Queue system in place and hand sanitation station outside. Windy road, unless its truly hot, be prepared for wind and a bit chilly temperatures while you wait.. Decent customer service, nothing good or bad to point out. Some Cafes nearby
This is a nice store in terms of variety of products and prices. It has a nice website where you can easily purchase what you need and even check in which store (they have several) the product is ready for purchase. Also, it is well located and the staff is quick and always helpful. A good suggestion, if you do not want to order on-line and pay for delivery, is to buy on-line and request the pick-up at a store. By doing this, you do not spend not more than 5 - 10 minutes when arriving to get it, since there are specific staff dedicated to deliver these goods.
