I received numerous messages from DPD informing me about the delivery of my item. To no avail. Still waiting for my package. Where did it go? No reply to phone calls.
Very poor client support and site booking never works correctly (at least for the 3 times I used it). My last parcel still has not left the country of origin after a week and a half after being picked up... I'm starting to think I'm going to lose it! 😫
One of two boxes that were sent to me from Poland by DPD was passed to other delivery company and disappeared for two weeks… Zero information, zero responsibility. I was lucky that somehow I’ve found it in other delivery company warehouse.
The worst of the worst. I sent a friend a little package on April 7th on April 20th he is still waiting for it. No one show up at his door no one left a note he has to go himself to the store witch is not close by and the women over there lied to his face saying that they came by. It's covid 19 everyone is home and it's an empty trafick this days everywhere, I will never used them again and I will suggest to everyone one of you to try someone else with professionalism.
DPD is the worst courier company I have ever encountered. I have been waiting for a delivery for five days now. When tracking the order I am continually informed that there was ‘an issue’ and that they will ‘try again’. Various excuses have been used, all of them false. Yesterday I was sent a text message by the DPD driver telling me that the package would be delivered to a local cafe. When I complained that I had paid Amazon and DPD to deliver to my house, not a cafe, I received a very rude response telling me that it wouldn’t cost me much effort to pick it up at the cafe. I later went to the cafe but no package had been delivered. I would strongly advise anybody wishing to send anything by courier to Portugal never to use DPD. I am still awaiting delivery of my order.
