    Poor customer service. Making things complicated at their office in Av. Republica. I forgot the reservation number she doesnt even bother to look for my booking. She told me its not possible to look for flight or make new reservation. They make me feel that i need to beg to pay for the booking. In the end it is possible to look the reservation if you have the complete name and details of the flight. Simple transaction but they making things complicated. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Very incompetent booking specialist
