There is not customer service office, to reach them is almost imposible, and I wanted to buy an insurance!!
Já sou vosso cliente a alguns anos nunca precisei dos vossos serviços de assistência em viagem ou sinistros, até ontem...ontem precisei de deixar o meu carro na marca ao abrigo da garantia carro esse com um seguro contra todos que me custa mais de 500€ anuais, como o carro iria ter de ficar no mínimo 2 dias na oficina recorri ao carro de substituição a que tenho direito...até aqui tudo bem mas qual é o meu espanto quando perguntei se podiam então enviar um táxi para ir.levantar o carro e disseram que não tenho direito...perguntei como é possível não ter direito a um táxi pagando um seguro superior a 500€ anuais, perguntei ainda se o carro avaria na estrada tinha de ser eu a pagar o táxi?...ao qual disseram que se fosse na estrada sim tinha direito mas como fui deixar o carro na oficina já não tenho direito...vergonhoso da parte da Liberty perderam um cliente com toda a certeza chegando a Agosto..ainda pra mais por causa de um simples táxi 👎👎
