    I hate to leave bad reviews but the service I received for renting a surf board is unacceptable. I was recommended to surf at a spot nearby during low tide which was completely wrong. The only waves were directly on to shallow rocks. Instantly I came to return the board and asked for a refund and they refused claiming it was my fault, despite it being their recommendation. There was no reasoning with them. In the end they gave me a voucher instead of a refund. Terrible service, which is a big shame. Take ownership of your advice and accept if you make a mistake. And show some sympathy.
