    They tell you that there is hot water when you ask for a room alone but there isn't. The shared bathroom does not have a lock, only a moving door. The time I was there I had no security problems, although for the peace of mind of those who are going to occupy it, it would be better if they changed those locks that are very old and basic.

    They have treated me very badly, especially Miss Viviana from the reception. things are stolen from the rooms, my clothes are missing. Viviana very rude with clients and always showing to be annoyed with everyone. The bathrooms are very dirty, they are never cleaned, many drunkards. several times the police entered due to complaints and disturbances
