    I like that in the room they clean almost everyday, hot water was always and the most important that the wifi is perfect for videos, work and etc.

    This hotel opened in 2018 and offers new and clean budget rooms and rooms with park view (Belén Park). Location is good, just a few streets from the main road and central square. The owners are a young couple who take care of their guests and listen to their opinions / preferences. They seem honest and willing to help. As they promised, WiFi arrived on the second day of our stay and was quite strong. The only downside to this hotel was the lack of soundproof windows. There is a 24h intermittent bip coming from an Internet tower on the roof and there was a liquor store just downstairs selling alcohol until late which resulted in a group of drunk people making loud noise until 3am one night. The owner is willing to improve the windows and assured us the liquor store contract runs out in a couple of weeks and won't be renewed. Once this sound issue is resolved, this will be the perfect budget accommodation to visit Chachapoyas and the surroundings.

    Very friendly staff, but the room was very cold, very humid, without ventilation or heating. Wet clothes or shoes don't dry.
