My experience with the admin workers responsible for licences was extremely negative. The attitude and nature of the workers during our interaction was extremely cold, harsh and rude. For a young girl already anxious about the process of obtaining a licence, this encounter was extremely upsetting and simply unhelpful. A bit of kindness and warmth towards customers always goes a long way, but would have an especially positive outcome in stressful situation like this.

Wouldn't go there for a test again. Failed me for another driver's mistake. Bad attitude and very dismissive. Clearly just trying to meet their quota.
Extremely helpful getting a plate issued with half a form completed helped finish it
Appreciated the friendly and helpful mechanic who did my WOF. Overall the staff are very good, offering a friendly face behind the counter.
