They were fast, very professional. Recommend a good battery for my car. Overall a very good experience with both the telephone operator and the technician that installed the unit. Will recommend to friends
I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and professional communication and service received by the guys at bateriiauto.net after the initial call at 16:30, when i found myself with a dead battery in a foreign country and foreign city, they have promptly identified a suitable replacement battery and less than one hour later (during busy traffic hour) they were on site replacing the dead battery with the new one, while performing various tests on the car electrical system to identify any other possible issues. To top it off, they have installed tue new battery very well and even covered the terminals with anti corrosive spray. The price of the battery and service was very reasonable and considering the situation that i was in (needing to urgently drive 500km the same night overseas), they have saved me having to go via a much more expensive alternative solution to my predicament. All in all i was very happy with the service and product and would highly recommend them. Ion
