    You don't deserve a star, you are embarrassing, I bought a pair of headphones on 3.09 and on 18.09 the plug broke, I went with you the receipt and the headphones and you didn't change them on the grounds that "how do I know how the plug was "in the conditions in which you as an electronics store have the obligation to change / put into service anything that has a guarantee!

    I went to this service yesterday for a problem with the phone plug when I got home and I put it in the charger, it doesn't charge at any socket and a cable didn't work on it, I was there once again this morning I left it there for about 1 hour 2 and when I came I took it said it goes to any charger I got home I put the charger and it didn't work PS the chargers were new
