    AVOID THIS BANK I offer 0 stars to this bank, which is not a bank, it is a usury on the face. I ARGUMENT: I ​​had to pick up a new card, in exchange for the expired one, the lady at the counter told me, to wait for me to receive an SMS on my mobile. I did not receive any SMS. I tried on all phone numbers and the one with 800 ... but it was impossible waiting for 1 hour. After a while, I went to the bank. The people there said that I have to pay 15 lei because that card was sent back. I mention that those from B.T. Decebalus behaved exemplary. IT SEEMS TO BE AN UNSERVIOUS BANK AND TO BE AVOIDED.-SHAME-

    HORRIBLE experience! If I could, I would give ZERO stars! I was 8 days ago to open a current account for the company and, after I waited about 30 minutes to fill in all the forms, I was told that I had to get the approval from the exchange and that they would call me as soon as possible. Even today no one has called me. In addition, the phone number presented on the BT website for this agency is inaccessible (it is a mobile number and is permanently closed) When I was there, the lady I interacted with did NOT wear a mask and did not seem to have a problem with it, although there was a poster saying that it was mandatory to wear a mask. I am an important client of the bank, I have several GOLD cards with them, credit, investments in BT funds, etc. However, I received a PERFECT CARE! I also called the BT call center, where I talked to 2 people, I told the story twice, but no one contacted me to solve my problem. My recommendation: run as far as you can from this AROGANTA bank, which doesn't care how black under the customers' fingernails. Even the state is moving faster and seems more interested ...

    Everything is perfect at BT, until the first issue. Then the incompetence and lack of work ethic of the employees will make you regret the moment you put your salary at BT. The online services have bugs, the call center representatives will take you with the sugar. I clearly do not recommend, too bad I can not put 0 stars
