Horrible client service from the blonde receptionist. I don't contest the quality of the bike parts, but I'm not returning at this location even if it'll be the last bike store/service on Earth.
Service staff is mostly unavailable for people that get off at 6 - I'll had to take a day off for the check-up. The manager was very helpful, so was the service staff. Can't say the same for the rest of the staff. Good overall experience.

Horrible client handling by the blond lady at the reception. I went to the store with my wife to buy a kids bike that was listed on their website as being in stock and with a discount. The surprise was that it was not in the store. Instead, they had some newer and more expensive model. We were prepared to buy that as well. But the lady from the reception was very rude to us when we asked a few questions about the bike and totally ignored us when we actually wanted to buy the damn bike. The store and the rest of its employees might be nice, but our experience was ruined by the blond lady handling the clients. We will definitely never step into that store again.
