    O echipa care imbina profesionalismul in executarea lucrarilor cu respectul fata de client.Am venit cu mai multe masini la ei printre care si una de epoca,si au gasit pentru fiecare cate o solutie sa le repare.

    I had a fault in the alternator, I called, as soon as possible someone came with a battery and helped me get to the service. The car was ready the next day, but now the fun begins. The repair cost me 700 with parts (ford galaxy 2006), plus 100 lei for coming after me, with a 1-year warranty. I paid 800 without commenting but when I asked for the warranty invoice I was told that I could not give, because they do not work with individuals. The guarantee being only VERBAL, which seems absurd to me. All in all, after the intervention at the alternator, the gentlemen produced another problem that makes my car stop suddenly, which still happens after almost 1000 km. When I asked for explanations, they told me that if it didn't suit me, I would give my money back and take down the assembled parts. In principle, they repaired the alternator, they have nothing to do with the engine interruptions (which were obviously generated after the work performed and common sense would have been not to drive the car with the electrical problem and to take it with the problem of the diesel pump that was opened to gain access to the alternator). I do not dispute (yet) the quality of the alternator repair, but dear gentlemen, if someone calls you that he was left with the car on the road, do not take your eyes off him after that you have done him a great help and that if the car has another problem when leaving you should still be thanked, there are others in the city willing to collect money. It would be more professional to assume when you take a job and do it properly head to tail, that no one will force your car into the workshop, take money for it, right?
