They applied tape on extensions. Anna is very good. The other lady is terrible. 3 of my extensions slipped off in the first 10 days. I called them and they said it's my fault for not caring properly but I did what I always do. They wanted more money to apply them again 10 days later. Policy sucks . I'll start a public campaign against them. The competition on the market is huge and their services cannot keep up with what customers need. Thumbs down ladies.

Hello. I am an American who happens to live in Bucharest so this review should be pretty legit for those of you wondering if this shop provides a genuine service. I went for microrings and brought my own extensions (200G human hair, 1g per piece at 55cm). This was a big deal for me as I have recently had a baby and my hair is thinning. I thought about extensions for a long time and settled on coming to Belher. At first, Belher seems like a reputable shop but when you go there, you get the impression that it is all for looks and that it isn't a very popular place. The hairdresser who put my extensions in couldn't have cared less. She ran the thinning shears through my hair unevenly and as quick as possible, which did nothing. The impression was that she was ready for the end of her shift. Then, she put in the extensions AS FAST as possible. Even her coworkers were telling her to go faster. This is the wrong attitude. Customers don't want "fast" - they want it done right, especially when it comes to these keratin bonded hair extensions. I paid 850 RON (was told 810 originally but somehow it changed) to put in TWO FULL SETS. **HOWEVER** The hairdresser omitted the last two bands, telling me there was no room left on my head - yet they charged me the same price -no- 40 ron MORE than they originally said. Additionally, she also realized too late that she had not put any pieces in the front of my hair until close to the end, when she placed ONE 1g piece close to my temple with nothing to blend it. Thus the extensions don't blend on my head. They are very obvious, blunt, and have a stringy look. I have very thick hair naturally and the fact that the hairdresser did not attempt to blend them or put in the last 20G of hair definitely shows. The application is amateur at best and WAY too expensive for what you are actually getting. You will pay 200-300 RON less at other, better salons. Also important to note: I was told that blending with shears, a hair cut, and a style (straight or curly) were INCLUDED in the price. But I received none of these - the girl only curled my hair in the end because I was very insistent. Honestly, I cannot understand why this shop has positive reviews. I am sure that some of them must be fake. Thankfully, I am not a tourist and, as I live permanently here in Bucharest, I will be telling my friends to steer clear of Belher.

I was actually sent the wrong hair/wig. I had ordered the Celine and was sent Atena. At first I was upset, naturally. But the same day I reached out to Belher and they got back to me immediately I was sent my correct wig the SAME DAY. So 5 stars for amazing customer service! Will be shopping with Belher in the future.

I love belher hair. I’ve had the original extensions for about 5 years now and i’m only replacing them because i decided to experiment during quarantine and ruined them.

I ordered a wig. Because I live in the Netherlands, we had to look for a solution. Fortunately, Belher was able to send it to the Netherlands. within a week my package arrived. the quality is good and the wig was not expensive.
