It can be confusing to go here and not speak the local language. I was recently seen here for a UTI. They gave me an ultra sound, did a blood and urine test. The total charge for this (as a foreigner) was free. Everyone gets seen for free. I even tried to pay and they refused to let me. If you don't speak Romanian I highly suggest you bring a smart phone with Google Translate or you may not find someone who understands you enough to show you where to go. Very professional staff. Very impressed with what I received for free.

În luna iulie am fost operată (artroplastie totala sold stâng) de Domnul Profesor Dr. Marius Niculescu, șeful Secției Ortopedie 1. Va mulțumesc Domnule Profesor Dr. Niculescu atât Dumneavoastră cât și colectivului de profesioniști de la Secția Ortopedie 1 pe care o conduceți cu cu mult profesionalism. Dumnezeu sa va ocrotească.
