Just let a jacket here yesterday and it is the 20th time I get a different price for it. One time it's thr cheaper option, the next time it is the more expensive option. Whenever I ask, they get mad and say "I don't know what my colleague charged you. This is the price now". There were a couple of times when the clothes were wet or still dirty so this was the last straw. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I do not recommend I wore two dresses, I was charged extra on the grounds that they will be cleaned chemically and not with water, I took them the same way I wore them… moreover they are also hanging. Disappointing to pick up my once worn dresses hanging like this! You better refuse the product if you can't offer the services of the quality you promote.
They destroyed my new son-in-law suit, their attitude was very acid, they blamed the costume manufacturer saying “what do you think, I destroyed your suit intentionally? There are hidden vices. ” From the beginning, I found something dubious about them by the fact that I specified to them that it was a janitor's suit and they threw it in the basket like simple clothes. Beware of this dry cleaner! The staff leaves much to be desired, unprofessional, aggressive, has nothing to do with common sense. We have made a request to consumer protection.
I do not recommend. I left the dress worn once I took it unclean and hung!
I wore 2 white shirts and took them yellow and unpainted .... we are talking about a SpringFied shirt and one from Atelierul Anghel Constantin. The questionable quality of the service provided! We do not recommend!
