    I am a customer of the store, I have been buying food and accessories for dogs and cats for about 6 months and there have been no problems. The problem occurred when I bought a retractable leash, which does not work. Barely unpacked, new, does not withdraw, just unfolded. I went to the store to replace it or buy another one on the spot, needing it then. They didn't change the product, I couldn't buy another one on the spot, they showed me a poster in the store where it says that their procedure is to return to the warehouse in 3 days, and I will be called from the warehouse. I went to another store, bought a leash and went back to ask for a refund. Because I insisted and gave a legal alternative so that he could give me my money back on the spot, the store manager said only then that he could give me a loan leash until the non-compliant one was resolved. It's just that I already bought another one. It is a very unpleasant experience due to the time I lose on the roads to the store and due to the attitude of the store manager, who had no openness to solve the problem, but clung to the poster. I was bothered by the attitude "we are covered, so we are not interested in your problems, goodbye". It's absurd, but in the end, I make 3 trips to (not) buy a leash. Recommendation: a course in communication and customer care for store employees and more concern from the store management for customer satisfaction and retention.
